first business or are experienced salesmen, you will need to provide
them with information, resources and encouragement. Share what you
have done, what worked and what didn't work, and encourage them
to share their experiences with you.
Networking
your Customers
The thing that is most missing from an internet based business is
the personal touch. You don't often see your customers, hear their
initial reaction, or complaints. The life time purchasing power
of your customers is very important. The single purchase is good
- but if you can keep your customers coming back and continuing
to purchase from you, that is better. This requires you to know
what your customers want, need and how their tastes change. The
only way to find that out is to communicate with them on a regular
basis, giving them a reason to read your communication and ask them.

to keep customers and salesmen informed, and ask for their feedback.
