internet is a great tool for network marketing, greatly
saving you time and energy. But remember it's the tool,
you are creating a network of people, not computers.
There
are 2 groups of people you need to network with to most
effectively promote your business- Your Purchasing Customers
- and - Your Salesmen or clients -
Networking
your Salesmen
Many affiliate programs and MLM businesses allow you to
earn from your sales and the sales of your customers.
Therefore it is to your advantage to help each of them
to become effective salesmen. Salesmen are trying to make
money. Whether they are just beginning their first business
or are experienced salesmen, you will need to provide
them with information, resources and encouragement. Share
what you have done, what worked and what didn't work,
and encourage them to share their experiences with you.
Networking
your Customers
The thing that is most missing from an internet based
business is the personal touch. You don't often see your
customers, hear their initial reaction, or complaints.
The life time purchasing power of your customers is very
important. The single purchase is good - but if you can
keep your customers coming back and continuing to purchase
from you, that is better. This requires you to know what
your customers want, need and how their tastes change.
The only way to find that out is to communicate with them
on a regular basis, giving them a reason to read your
communication and ask them.
Automating
your follow up
I email communication to share information, specials and
newsletters to keep customers and salesmen informed, and
ask for their feedback. This gives me the information
I need to keep my Business site and products updated,
providing the best and most needed products/services for
my target market.
